Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 corporate server systems, cloud infrastructure, and network security protocols
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and security vulnerability assessments during off-peak hours
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for enterprise applications and resolve critical system outages
- Implement disaster recovery procedures and business continuity plans
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional projects and system optimization
- Document technical procedures, create system documentation, and maintain knowledge base
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance tuning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure administration experience
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, and VMware
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex system issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Valid driver's license with clean record for occasional on-site client visits
