Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance metrics
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure data integrity and implement quality control measures across systems
- Support weekend sprint planning and Agile ceremonies for IT projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex business needs
- Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays
