Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical constraints
- Track KPIs and provide continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Experience with financial systems or SaaS products
