Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across various departments to identify business needs and pain points.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, wireframes, user stories, and system documentation.
- Analyze data trends and operational metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, quality assurance testers, and project managers to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate solutions meet business expectations.
- Act as a subject matter expert during system implementation and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel).
- Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
