Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews to identify business needs, pain points, and operational goals.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with IT and business teams.
- Monitor project progress and analyze process efficiency to recommend improvements.
- Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and data models to visualize business workflows.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding.
- Document and maintain the Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Tableau.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
