Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes during weekend operations.
- Document business processes, workflows, and system specifications using UML and flowcharts.
- Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively during weekend shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
