Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities for weekend operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate weekend workshops for process refinement and solution validation
- Track KPIs and provide performance insights for weekend workflows
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Document system changes and update process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
