Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, flowcharts, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes and enhancements
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and reports
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure solution effectiveness and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend or shift work preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proven track record of delivering successful process improvement initiatives
- Experience working in regulated industries (finance/healthcare) a plus
