Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and data requirements to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights through detailed reporting and visualization.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to define project scopes, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are met during weekend operations.
- Document process flows, user stories, and system specifications for the development team.
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new software implementations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Advanced Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
