In this role, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, gathering requirements, and ensuring data integrity across our weekend reporting cycles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization, automation, and cost reduction.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business process models (BPMN), use cases, user stories, and system requirements documents.
- Data Analysis: Monitor weekend operational data to ensure accuracy and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Testing & QA: Collaborate with QA teams to validate solutions and ensure delivered products meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work the weekend shift (typically Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
