Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement within weekend operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and validate solutions.
- Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of weekend coverage initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
