Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications for the weekend support team.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, and Product Management) to define project scopes and deliverables.
- Develop detailed process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria (User Stories) using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure all business needs are met.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Document technical requirements and maintain the Product Backlog effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work rotating weekend shifts and holidays as required by the operational schedule.
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
