Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements and create detailed process flows using tools like Visio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts to business objectives
- Validate solutions through UAT and provide post-implementation support
- Continuously improve methodologies through Agile/Scrum frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Certifications (CBAP, PMP, or Agile) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and process modeling
