Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analyst experience in tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
