Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Translate technical solutions into business value propositions
- Track KPIs and report on project performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with contract/freelance work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with requirements gathering and use case development
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
