Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify pain points and define business goals.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements and user stories.
- Create detailed process maps, data flow diagrams, and wireframes to visualize system improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and future state objectives.
- Document all findings in JIRA and manage the requirements lifecycle from inception to delivery.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
