Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software implementations and infrastructure upgrades
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, finance, and operations departments
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external vendor partners
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure rapid delivery and quality assurance
- Track KPIs and generate executive-level performance dashboards
- Mentor junior project managers and drive continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of IT project management experience with enterprise-scale deployments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong background in cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
