Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project delivery and adapt to changing requirements.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are met on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to senior leadership and stakeholders regularly.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or related corporate roles.
- PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
