Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software development projects on schedule and within budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations through executive-level reporting
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial controls are implemented
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects with $500K+ budgets
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industries preferred
