Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Monitor project KPIs and provide executive-level progress reports
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope with precision
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive contingency planning
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure alignment
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Strong background in budget management ($500k+ projects)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
