Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (dev, design, marketing, stakeholders)
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones and resource allocation
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and track progress via JIRA
- Manage project budgets, risks, and change requests
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives
- Generate executive reports on KPIs and deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years in project management with PMP/CSM certification
- Proven experience managing software development projects
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Austin tech experience preferred
