Responsibilities
- Lead Project Execution: Direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executives, providing regular status updates and managing expectations effectively.
- Resource Planning: Optimize team capacity and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project milestones are met.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes to increase efficiency and team productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the IT or Software Development industry.
- Methodology: Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: Expert knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (PMP or CAPM certification is a plus).
