Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and achievements effectively.
- Drive process improvements and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the tech industry.
- Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
