Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements for fintech projects
- Analyze complex financial data and create detailed process documentation
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate workshops to identify pain points and propose optimization solutions
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical alignment with business goals
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
