Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation using industry-standard tools.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with SDLC methodologies, preferably Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
