Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive user stories, wireframes, process flows, and system requirements documents (SRDs).
- Collaboration: Partner with software developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of business logic.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to support decision-making and measure project success metrics (KPIs).
- Agile Support: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and JIRA or Confluence.
- Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically under pressure.
