The Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our development teams, ensuring that business needs are met through effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear product requirements and user stories.
- Create detailed documentation, including use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Perform gap analysis to determine the difference between current and future state processes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a relevant industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
