Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and pain points.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Design and maintain detailed process flows, use case diagrams, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Track project milestones and report progress to senior leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and software development lifecycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
