Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use cases to visualize current and future state business processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation including requirements traceability matrices, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Agile Support: Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, helping to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in the technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a strong plus.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
