Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews to define clear project scopes and success criteria.
- Map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes using industry-standard tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams (developers, QA, designers) to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and future business goals to recommend scalable solutions.
- Monitor project KPIs and produce regular status reports for executive leadership.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and manage change requests throughout the SDLC.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
