Your Role
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the vital link between our technical teams and business stakeholders. You will ensure that our software solutions are not only functional but also drive tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth requirements gathering and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Design and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, wireframes, and data models.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
