Responsibilities
- Direct all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop and implement internal controls for SOX compliance
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
- Mentor finance team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with 3+ in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and corporate tax regulations
- Proven track record in financial strategy and operational optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or corporate finance preferred
