Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic financial planning
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in financial reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Proven experience managing teams of 3+ finance professionals
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
