Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial models for corporate forecasting and budgeting
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial reporting initiatives
- Analyze variance trends and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage Treasury operations including cash flow optimization and risk assessment
- Spearhead process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and cost management
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive corporate finance experience
- Expert proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidation
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance requirements
