Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts for 10+ corporate divisions
- Conduct market research and financial modeling for expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic investment decisions
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lead cross-functional teams for quarterly business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years corporate financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP/Oracle ERP system implementation experience
- CMA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
