Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Manage capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives
- Oversee financial reporting compliance with GAAP and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Develop financial models for new market entry and expansion projects
- Mentor junior finance team members and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive finance experience with 3+ years in corporate finance management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and Excel
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting for mid-sized companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience in manufacturing or technology sector highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
