Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial valuation
- Implement and improve financial reporting systems and internal controls
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Monitor compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate financial analysis experience in a mid-to-large organization
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
