Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for corporate hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve IT tickets using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Implement and maintain security protocols for corporate data and devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support weekend operations
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct system backups and disaster recovery tests
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot critical issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of corporate IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service desk operations
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
