What You'll Do:
You'll lead end-to-end project lifecycles, from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your work will directly impact our clients' digital transformation journeys while collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to project methodologies
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization
- Facilitate cross-functional team communication and conflict resolution
- Implement quality assurance processes and deliverables validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with SaaS or enterprise software projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid project frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision making
- Experience managing remote/distributed teams
