- Analyze financial data trends to identify process optimization opportunities across 15+ client portfolios
- Design and validate data models using SQL and Power BI to support executive decision-making
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and translate technical specifications into actionable business strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of regulatory compliance requirements
- Develop ROI analysis frameworks for proposed system enhancements
- Mentor junior analysts through structured knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI with data visualization portfolio
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master
- Deep understanding of GAAP, SOX, and financial service regulations
- Proven track record of delivering projects with $1M+ budgets
