Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, requirements, and data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights using SQL and visualization tools
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings effectively
- Support UAT and ensure solution alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated success in process optimization projects
