Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification required
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, JIRA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
