Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 corporate locations in Cleveland metro area
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies reducing operational costs by 15%
- Lead cross-functional teams of 12+ professionals in project execution
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for $2M+ annual budget
- Analyze operational KPIs and present quarterly improvement reports to executive team
- Coordinate with HR on talent development programs for operations staff
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and corporate governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in corporate operations leadership
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements in manufacturing/service environments
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification
