Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or SaaS environments

- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
