Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders)
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track KPIs and deliverables using Jira/MS Project
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Manage client communication and expectation setting
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Demonstrable success in delivering tech projects
