Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure timely deliverables
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications with precision
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve escalations proactively
- Track KPIs using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and status reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or Prince2 certification required
- Proven expertise in managing remote and in-person teams
