Responsibilities
- Spearhead the '2026 Technology Roadmap', aligning emerging tech initiatives with core business objectives.
- Evaluate and prototype next-generation technologies including Generative AI, AR/VR, and Web3.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast tech trends and secure buy-in for R&D investments.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of innovation engineers and researchers.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate 2026 initiatives into current pipelines.
- Represent the company at top-tier industry conferences and innovation summits.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, R&D, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive tech products or initiatives.
- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML architectures, cloud infrastructure, and emerging digital landscapes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of translating complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
