Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process flows, data models, and user stories using industry-standard tools
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop clear documentation including BRDs, user guides, and test cases
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Present findings to leadership through visual dashboards and reports
- Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
