Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and documentation of business processes using standard modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to support reporting and strategic planning initiatives.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a business analysis, data analysis, or administrative role (internships accepted).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SQL or database concepts is a plus but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
