In this role, you will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that data projects align perfectly with organizational goals. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving efficiency within our diverse portfolio of projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Gather, cleanse, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop Compelling Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding IT, Operations, and Executive Leadershipâto define requirements and communicate findings effectively.
- Process Improvement: Assess existing business processes and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Requirements Gathering: Interview subject matter experts and document functional requirements for software development and system implementation projects.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau or Power BI).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
